Q: Do you sell anything to do with silver?

A: No, our website is named this way because silver symbolizes purity and power.

 

Q: What payment(s) do you accept?

A: We accept credit/debit, PayPal, PayPal Credit, and Venmo. We plan to expand payment, along with shipping options, in the future.

 

Q: How long until my order arrives?

A: 1-2 weeks, depending on the day you ordered it and how busy we are.

 

Q: What is your response time for the customer support?

A: Usually 1-2 business days.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We are sorry to say, it's very rare for us to accept returns because it can be costly for a small business. But don't worry, exceptions may be made! (However if your item came completely broken with photos of the broken item we will offer a refund. - must be within first 48 hours of receiving your item.)

 

Q: Are your items handmade?

A: Yes!

 

Q: What type of clay material do you use?

A: We use air dry clay for them.

 

Q: If I want something a certain way, how can I leave a note to you?

A: If you want to do that, there's no need to use the "Contact" page as when you're placing an order, you can input a note. (Same for discount codes!)

 

Q: Where is the business located?

A: We are located in Winter Garden, FL.

 

Q: Do you restock items?

A: Restocks may occur! If not, please keep in mind that our items are handmade, so producing large quantities can take time.

 

Q: Do you offer seasonal collections?

A: Yes! For holidays like Valentine's Day, Halloween, Easter, and Christmas we do offer limited time collections.
